I ended up in Denmark because

I moved to Denmark to study Multimedia Design many years ago. Gradually, I became interested in programming, so I decided to study at the IT University of Copenhagen, and pursued a career in Software Development. It is the best decision I have ever made. 

What surprises me most about working in Denmark is

that the organizational structure is flat. Especially in small and medium-sized companies, you don’t need to hold back your opinions. You can eat lunch with the management, share your ideas freely and have fun.

My Danish colleagues are

competent and friendly. Over the past 10 years of working in Danish companies, I have never had any conflict with my colleagues, many of them are very friendly and willing to help when needed. 

Life in Denmark is

Life in Denmark has a great work-life balance. I get to enjoy a high quality of life in many aspects, for example, a higher salary, longer holidays, and free health care. Of course, I also pay very high taxes. 

I would recommend anybody moving to Denmark to

Be prepared for winter. The winters here can be tough for some people, as the days are long, dark, and cold. However, if you value a good work-life balance, you should definitely consider moving to Denmark.
